Cathy’s Stress Release System incorporates gentle therapeutic yoga, guided meditation, breath work and self care routines that guide your mind away from stress, quiet nagging anxiety and release the tension so you can feel relief, and build resilience for whatever comes next.

She'll help you release tension so you feel comfortable in your body, relieve the pressure so your racing mind becomes clear and calm and build resilience so when stress, anxiety or pain show up,* you* control them,

rather than them pushing you around. Cathy’s approach focuses on meeting each individual where they are, and personalizing every practice to meet their unique needs, goals and lifestyle. Cathy has over 1800 hours of training in holistic health and healing methods including Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Reflexology, Pranic Healing, Tapping, nervous system rebalancing, breath work, and yoga therapeutics. Her personal yoga journey started over 20 years ago. She believes everyone deserves to live a life of peace, tranquility and contentment, and that all three qualities are already inside us just waiting for us to find them again.
